Shipping policy

     1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 

We typically process orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt.

Orders placed after 5 PM ET on weekdays will be processed the following business day.

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly higher. 

       2. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS:

We offer standard and expedited options.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $100.00. 

        3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We do not ship to international locations that are not listed on our website. 

        4. DELIVERY TIMES: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to update. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

         5. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS: 

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Please retain all packaging materials and take pictures of the damaged items.

          6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
